It seems that Lephise is a real person just like Balue thought and that she and her song 'The Song of Rebirth' is what will stop his plan. Ghadius, noticing that Klonoa and Huepow are nearby decides to leave Joka to deal with them. Joka then reveals nothing about their plan and summons Rongo Lango to kill Klonoa and Huepow while he steps back."

Rongo Lango is incredibly easy. As the battle begins, immediately Wind Bullet the Moo to your left and throw it at Rongo Lango's back to get a free hit.
Wind Bullet another Moo while staying a little distance away from Rongo Lango so it doesn't use Fall Forward and wait until it use's Jumping Attack. When it lands throw Moo at it's back.
Once it starts using Rainbow Ring jumping over the rings. Once that's done Wind Bullet Moo and wait for Rongo Lango to use Jumping Attack then throw Moo at it's back once again.
For the last bit, it'll now use Shockwave. It's a slow attack so make sure you jump over it. Wind Bullet Moo and wait for Rongo Lango to use Jumping Attack then throw Moo at it's back to destroy Rongo Lango.
